Answers to 10 Frequently Asked Questions Concerning Naturopathic Care at Mountain Spring Health Clinic in NE Portland

1) Does Mountain Spring Health Clinic accept insurance? No. Presently, you must bill your own insurance company for reimbursement. However, we will provide you with a coded super bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We suggest finding out your insurance company's policies in advance.

2) Do I need to pay for my appointments at the time of service? Yes. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa and Mastercard at the time of service.
3) Will you bill the insurance company if I've been in an Automobile Accident? Yes. With proper approval, we will bill the insurance company directly for motor vehicle accidents, but not for personal injury or regular insurance companies.
4) Do you treat children? Yes. At Mountain Spring Health Clinic, we treat whole families and have had wonderful success with children who feel comfortable with Dr. Murczek and whose parents are confident in the care their children receive.
5) What kind of results can I expect? Each patient's results are different, but if you are serious about your treatment plan and follow Dr. Murczek's care plan as prescribed--you will see results! We have seen amazing transformations in the way our patients look and feel as they begin to heal. Their spirits uplift, they look and feel younger, their vibrancy returns and they begin to return to normal activities. |

6) How long are the appointments? Standard appointments are 15-30 minutes long, depending on the modalities used. Hypnotherapy sessions are 1 hour. Please let us know if you are from out of town, so we can schedule you in for a longer appointment. 7) Does your office typically run late? No. Dr. Murczek realizes that your time is valuable and tries his best to stay on schedule. The most you should ever have to wait is a few minutes. Be sure to arrive to your appointment on time so that you receive the full benefit of your time-slot. 8) What is your cancellation policy? Cancel or reschedule at least a full 24 hours in advance to give us the opportunity to re-book your time-slot. We keep track of all missed appointments and will charge a $75 fee for appointments cancelled the same day. If you are a new patient, you won't be charged, but please respect this policy as your first appointment is a double time-slot, and we can treat two patients during that time who need our care. 9) How far out are you booked? We are generally booked one to two weeks out for our earliest and latest appointment-slots. Please bring your schedules with you to each appointment so that you can book before leaving our office and better insure that you will receive your desired appointment day and time based on your frequency. 10) What if I have an emergency? We will always do our best to accommodate urgent cases unless it absolutely cannot be avoided in which case we recommend going to an Urgent Care facility or to the Emergency Room.

Motor Vehicle Accidents
If you were in a motor vechicle accident, Mountain Spring Health Clinic will bill your insurance company directly. The patient will need to pay out-of-pocket for all supplements, as most insurance companies do not cover them.
