As our patients follow the care plans Dr. Murczek and his associates prescribe, office visits become less frequent, enabling us to welcome new patients into our clinic nearly every week. What to expect during your first visit

Our Process

Our New Patient Process has changed as of May 2017. 

New Patient Appointments are now 60 minutes long, and consist of an interview, a physical examination, a review of health history and a review of findings where you and the doctor will discuss your individualized treatment plan moving forward. A New Patient Intake is required for all New Patients. 


Please arrive to your Intake Appointment on time and with the New Patient Paperwork and Food Journal completed.

Our office requires all New Patients to pay a $150 non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling their first appointments. 

After your New Patient Appointment, we highly recommend scheduling 2-4 40-minute treatment visits within the first 4-6 weeks of your Intake Appointment. This will help ensure your have regular treatments in the beginning of your care. As the clinic can sometimes book out up to 4 weeks in advance, we do recommend scheduling first treatments at the time of scheduling your New Patient Appointment. 


Our New Patient Protocol suggests double treatments - two 20 minute sessions equaling a 40 minute appointment - for the first two to four appointments. This helps the patient support and strengthen the foundations of their health in a focused manner so that their primary concerns may be addressed that much more easily. As time goes on, depending on your health and body's needs, appointment length and frequency will decrease as your concerns are addressed and you become more vibrant.
