Welcome to Mountain Spring Health Clinic of NE Portland
|When you become a patient at Mountain Spring Health Clinic, you are making the pro-active choice to take charge of your health and transform your life beyond belief. As our patients follow the care plans Dr. Murczek prescribes, office visits become less frequent, enabling us to welcome new patients into our clinic every single week. We invite you to join the countless others who have taken that first step towards effective healing, nutrition and wellness under our care at Mountain Spring Health Clinic.|
Preparing for your First Appointment
Dr. Murczek welcomes families into his practice and enjoys diagnosing and treating children to promote healing and continued wellness, opposed to just putting a smiley-faced Band Aid on the symptoms only for them to return again and again. Frequently, children experience food allergies that cause a host of health problems that can be controlled through diet and nutrition.
If your child is experiencing recurring health or behavioral problems, Dr. Murczek can help you develop a care plan for your child that will get to the root of the problem so your son or daughter can start experiencing some solid relief, while providing you with peace of mind.
Upon Scheduling, be sure to download the Pediatric Intake Form, fill it out and bring it with you to your first appointment. It's also helpful if you arrive a few minutes early.
What to Expect During your First and Second Appointment
|About half an hour is set aside for your first appointment to consult with the doctor about your precise medical concerns. Based on your medical history, the symptoms you are experiencing and an initial exam, Dr. Murczek will customize a plan appropriate to your specific needs.
A follow-up visit is the next step to review Dr. Murczek's findings and discuss his recommended care plan. This appointment is approximately 15 minutes and should be scheduled within a couple of days of your initial exam. There is no charge for this review of findings.
|Please avoid wearing colognes, perfumes, fragrant lotions, essential oils and the like, as Dr. Murczek and many of our patients experience sensitivities to fragrances.|
